Our “Value-Infused” Approach is an important part of our offering
Since our inception in 2001, we have helped our clients grow by bringing a unique array of “best-in-class” resources, to bear on any and all projects. These resources can include: introductions to specialized freelance talent to introductions to companies with complementary skill sets. If appropriate, whenever possible we strive to introduce “service providers” to clients and “clients” to service providers. By leveraging our network of resources in a strategic manner we typically achieve real-world results that are meaningful and measurable for our clients.
Other outcomes of our value-add approach could range from introductions for joint ventures to featuring our client in Game Changers, our widely read newsletter which is distributed to over 25,000 marketing professionals. Additionally, we have featured our clients in our podcast leadership series Game Changers Live; and we have featured C-Suite leadership on a syndicated radio show that we guest host.
Clearly these are not the kinds of benefits that you’d normally expect from a traditional Executive Search firm, but we have found that these value-added strategies are all consistent with our mission: “To help our clients grow their business.”
