Our Resonance Assessment process zeroes in on the personal and professional traits of the candidate that best harmonizes with, and adds a new dimension to, your existing team. At a basic level, Resonance Assessment can be thought of as “FIT” assessment.
That said, in our view, the term “FIT” is a bit too one-dimensional and subjective to describe the degree to which we zero-in on the tangibles as well as intangible qualities that differentiate one executive from another. Our Resonance Assessment principles are as follows:
- The selected executive must bring out the best in the existing and future team.
- The existing and future team must bring out the best in the executive.
- Each must motivate through inspiration.
