Our 6 Step process is all about securing the one best available candidate in the marketplace. This is the candidate that you not only really want, but more importantly, the one you really need to accomplish big goals and important initiatives. Yet, even the “best hires” can turn into “disappointing hires” when:
- the expectations for the role and overall metrics for success are not clearly defined from the outset, and
- the hiring manager is not fully aware of the key success factors that will inspire, motivate and drive the hired executive to perform at peak levels.
As part of the “deliverables” of any engagement, The Troyanos Group works with the Hiring Manager to carefully define the expectations for the role as well as the success metrics for the assignment. These factors are clearly spelled out in the Talent Prospectus and they should ideally be reviewed by the hiring Manager and the finalist candidate prior to any offer being finalized. This recommended up-front exercise provides great clarity during the critical initial 90 day on-boarding period of the executive’s tenure.
Upon the completion of the search project, the lead Troyanos Group Consultant will further provide the Hiring Manager with a concise analysis of the key management drivers that the Consultant believes will empower the hired executive to do their best work.
